It’s not just you! We don’t love insurance either. That’s why here at High Life, we do not bill insurance companies or participate in medicare or medicaid. This allows us to keep our costs lower and offer visits for less than the overwhelming majority of patients will pay out of pocket even with insurance. This means that you will be required to pay for service at the time of visit. HSA or FSA funds may be used to pay for your visit. We accept debit, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. 

If it is determined during your virtual consultation that you need to be seen in person to be treated effectively, you will be scheduled at our clinic in Salt Lake City or given a full refund for your visit and referred to a local dermatologist.

We currently offer virtual appointments to patients residing in Utah, Arizona, and Idaho.

Your credit card number will be taken at the time of scheduling to reserve your appointment, but you will not be charged until the time of your visit.
